Every Company Deserves Their Own Grogu

Agentic Coding Is Changing the Math on Build vs. Buy

Agentic coding is rapidly shifting the business-case math on Build vs. Buy in the software industry.

At AgentGraph, we believe agentic coding is creating a Jevons' Paradox in software. As it gets cheaper to build software, the demand for software builders (both humans and agents) will accelerate. Supply goes up — but demand goes up even faster.

Meet Grogu: Our Internal Operating System

At AgentGraph, we are building an internal operating system we internally call Grogu.

We built Grogu for ourselves to make running the company easier. Grogu evolves with our needs and we implement new features faster than any SaaS company ever could.

Here's what Grogu does for us today:

  • We take Grogu to conferences and drop business cards, notes, and insights into the CRM.
  • We tell Grogu to open GitHub issues to be agentically implemented to make Grogu better.
  • We ask Grogu to pull meeting notes from Granola, draft follow-up emails in Google, and track opportunities in our Turso-hosted custom CRM.

Grogu is a multi-agent system built using Mastra for agent orchestration and memory.

Over time we will continue adding agents, tools, integrations, data corpuses, skills, and workflows as the needs of our business change. We believe this can deliver agility at speed.

Why This Matters to AgentGraph

We want to own the context we create. Grogu is built on open source frameworks and privacy-preserving inference so we can retain and utilize its memories.

Agentic coding will make it possible for any business to run its own agentic system — where it owns the prompts, data, tools, and value it creates.

We want to lead by example. By building our own internal operating system, we hope to inspire other startups to build their own.

If you're excited about the future of agentic enterprise software, join AgentGraph where you can work with builders who are pushing this new paradigm.

Every company deserves their own Grogu.
